At Inflow HypnoBirthing, I respect your privacy and handle your personal information with care. This Privacy Policy explains what information I collect, why I need it, how it is used and what rights you have.

1. Who is responsible for your data?

2. What information do I collect?

When you contact me or register for a course, I may collect:

Your name and your birth partner's name
Your email address and telephone number
Your postal address, if needed to send course materials
Your estimated due date and preferred course dates
Information relating to your booking, payment and correspondence

I only collect your estimated due date to understand which stage of pregnancy you are in and to help you choose the most suitable course dates. I do not request or store medical records or detailed pregnancy histories.

3. Why do I use your information?

I use your personal information to:

Respond to enquiries and arrange consultations
Process course registrations and confirm availability
Send booking confirmations, course details and relevant materials
Provide live online courses and individual support
Arrange payments and maintain necessary financial records
Communicate with you before, during and after your course

The main legal basis for processing your booking and contact information is taking steps towards or fulfilling our agreement. Certain records may be required by law, while optional sensitive information is processed only where a suitable legal basis and any required additional consent exist.

I will not add you to a marketing mailing list simply because you register for a course.

4. Online courses and service providers

My courses take place live via Zoom. I may also use Google Classroom to share course resources, relaxation materials and additional information.

My website is hosted by Wix, which processes website and form information on my behalf. Depending on how you communicate with me, I may also use email services and WhatsApp.

Where necessary, limited information may be shared with payment providers or suppliers arranging delivery of course materials.

These providers receive only information relevant to their services. Your personal information is not sold to third parties.

5. International processing of personal data

Inflow HypnoBirthing operates from Chile and welcomes clients from different countries, including the Netherlands.

Your information may therefore be accessed from Chile or processed by service providers operating internationally, including Wix and other platforms used to provide the courses.

Where applicable, international data processing and transfers are subject to the safeguards required by relevant data protection laws.

6. How long do I keep your information?

I keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for its original purpose or to meet legal obligations.

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are normally deleted within 12 months of our last contact.

General course and correspondence records are normally kept for up to 24 months after your course. Pregnancy-related information is deleted earlier, normally within six months of course completion, unless there is a specific reason to retain it.

Invoices and other financial records may need to be stored for longer where required by law.

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to support its functionality and security.

Additional cookies may be used for website analytics or advertising, depending on the services enabled. Where consent is required, non-essential cookies are only activated after you have made your choice.

Personal details shared during consultations and courses are treated confidentially. I do not routinely publish birth stories, photographs or testimonials without the appropriate permission.

This Privacy Policy may be updated when my services, website features or legal obligations change. The latest version will always be available on this website.
