These Terms & Conditions apply to courses and individual sessions offered by Inflow HypnoBirthing, operated by Stefanie Gatto Herrera.

1. Registration

Inflow offers live online HypnoBirthing courses, Birth in Flow courses and individual pregnancy support.
Courses are generally priced per couple, including the expectant mother and her chosen birth partner. You are equally welcome to attend on your own.
Your birth partner may be your partner, a family member, a friend or another person you trust.
Registration takes place through the website registration form or by contacting Inflow directly.
After receiving your registration, I will personally confirm availability, the course dates, the total price and the next steps.
Submitting the registration form is a booking request. Your place becomes confirmed once we have agreed on the booking and payment has been received.

2. Payment

Current course prices are displayed on the Inflow website.
Following confirmation of availability, you will receive payment instructions.
The full course fee is payable before the course begins, unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Any additional costs, such as postage for course materials, will be explained before your booking becomes binding.
Course materials included in your chosen course will be specified in your booking confirmation.

3. Right of Withdrawal

If you book a course online as a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of entering into the contract, without giving a reason, where applicable consumer protection law provides this right.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear written statement to Inflow using the contact details below.

If you expressly request that your course begins during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already provided, where permitted by law.

I will explain this before the course begins.

Any applicable statutory withdrawal rights take priority over the cancellation arrangements below.

4. Cancellation by the Participant

I understand that pregnancy can be unpredictable and that plans sometimes change.

If you need to cancel your entire course, please contact me in writing as soon as possible.

Subject to your statutory rights and applicable law, the following arrangements apply:

More than 30 days before the course begins: a full refund.
Between 14 and 30 days before the course begins: reasonable cancellation costs may be charged, up to a maximum of 50% of the course fee.
Less than 14 days before the course begins: reasonable cancellation costs may be charged, up to the full course fee where justified.

Cancellation costs will reflect work already carried out, committed resources and reasonable expenses that cannot be recovered. They will not exceed the amount permitted by applicable law.

If your circumstances change, I will always try to find a practical solution, such as transferring to another available course date.

A transfer to another person or couple may also be possible by prior arrangement.

5. Missing or Rescheduling a Class

If you cannot attend a scheduled group session, please let me know as early as possible.

Missed group sessions are not automatically refunded when the class takes place as scheduled.
Where possible, you may join the relevant session in another group, subject to availability.
Alternatively, an individual make-up session may be arranged at an agreed additional cost.
Private sessions may be rescheduled by mutual agreement, subject to availability and any reasonable costs already incurred.

6. Cancellation or Changes by Inflow

HypnoBirthing group courses require a minimum of two couples and have a maximum of five couples.

If insufficient registrations are received, I may need to postpone or cancel a group course. Whenever possible, I will notify you at least seven days before the scheduled start date.

You will then be offered:

An alternative available course date, or
A full refund of the course fee paid.

Occasionally, unexpected circumstances such as illness or technical problems may require a session to be rescheduled. In this case, I will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a suitable alternative.

If an agreed course cannot be provided and no acceptable alternative can be arranged, you will be refunded for any services not provided, in accordance with applicable law.

7. Online Participation

All online courses take place live via Zoom.

You will receive the information needed to join your sessions before the course begins. Please ensure that you have a reliable internet connection and a suitable device.

Additional learning materials may be shared through Google Classroom.

Course materials and relaxation recordings provided through Inflow are intended for your personal use and must not be shared, reproduced or distributed without permission from the relevant rights holder.

8. Birth Preparation and Medical Care

HypnoBirthing and Birth in Flow are educational courses intended to support your preparation for childbirth.

They do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Please consult your midwife, doctor or other qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical questions or concerns.

Every pregnancy and birth is different. No particular birth experience or medical outcome can be guaranteed.

9. Health Insurance Reimbursement

Some health insurance policies may offer reimbursement for antenatal or childbirth preparation courses.

Eligibility and reimbursement depend entirely on your individual insurance provider and policy. Please check directly with your insurer before booking.

Inflow cannot guarantee reimbursement.

10. Changes to These Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

The version applicable when your booking is confirmed will generally remain applicable to that booking, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
